COMPANY INCORPORATION
We set up proprietary companies on your behalf. Our fee includes initial consultation, check the availability of the name, and obtain the required information for members, office holders and the incorporation of the company.
We also will obtain on your behalf the Australian Business Number and tax file number for the company incorporated and register for the goods and services tax, PAYG withholding, Fuel Tax Credit if required.
We will also provide ongoing advice for the day to day operation of the company for a nominal fee

Once you have chosen a trading name for your business let us know the name and we will check if the name is available and if so we can register the name on your behalf.
